I buy job lots of quality, vintage woodworking tools. Usually I’m contacted by people who have a tool chest passed down from a relative, perhaps a joiner, carpenter or cabinet maker. I’ve purchased many of these chests or job lots. I restore the tools, (if they need any work) and get them back into circulation with modern-day makers who appreciate their quality and history. I’m also happy to give advice on items you have, or give more information about their use. I spend a proportion of the month on the road, and will be delighted to meet you personally for any transactions we have arranged.
